It applies Article 102 nonetheless to employees in the businesses of items 1 to 10 and 13 to 15 of this Act's Appended Table 1 that a local government runs, and Articles 75 to 88 to employees other than those Article 2(1) of the Local Public Employees' Accident Compensation Act covers (in that Act as in force from 1 June 2025).
