**第一項**  労働者を就業させる事業の附属寄宿舎が、安全及び衛生に関して定められた基準に反し、且つ労働者に急迫した危険がある場合においては、労働基準監督官は、第九十六条の三の規定による行政官庁の権限を即時に行うことができる。

If communal housing associated with a business that employs workers is in violation of the standards that have been established for safety and health, and there is an imminent danger to workers, a labor standards inspector may immediately exercise the powers of the relevant government agency under the provisions of Article 96-3.
