**第一項**  法第九十六条の二第一項の厚生労働省令で定める危険な事業又は衛生上有害な事業は、次に掲げる事業とする。

Businesses involving dangerous activities or those involving activities harmful to health set forth in Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 96-2 of the Act shall be listed as follows:

**一**  使用する原動機の定格出力の合計が二・二キロワツト以上である法別表第一第一号から第三号までに掲げる事業
