**第一項**  使用者は、法第八十二条の規定によつて分割補償を開始した後、補償を受けるべき者の同意を得た場合には、別表第三によつて残余の補償金額を一時に支払うことができる。

After the commencement of the payment of compensation in installments pursuant to the provisions of Article 82 of the Act, an employer may pay the remaining amount of the compensation in a lump sum according to appended table 3 with the consent of the person who should be given the compensation.
