**第一項**  法第七十六条第二項及び第三項の規定により、四半期ごとに平均給与額の上昇し又は低下した比率を算出する場合において、その率に百分の一に満たない端数があるときは、その端数は切り捨てるものとする。

In case where the increasing or decreasing rate of average wages is calculated on a quarterly under the provisions of paragraphs (2) and (3) of Article 76 of the Act, if there is a fractional percentage to be disregarded.
