**第一項**  法第七十六条第二項の規定による同一の事業場における同種の労働者に対して所定労働時間労働した場合に支払われる通常の賃金は、第二十五条第一項に規定する方法に準じて算定した金額とする。

The ordinary wages paid to workers engaged in the same type of work in the same workplace for the prescribed working hours referred to the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 76 of the Act shall be calculated in the same manner as the method set forth in the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 25.
