**第一項**  政府は、この法律の施行後、今後の雇用動向等を勘案しつつ、雇用保険事業における諸給付の在り方、費用負担の在り方等について総合的に検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。

After the enforcement of this Act, the government is to comprehensively review what the appropriate payments under the employment insurance services should be, what the appropriate sharing of costs should be and other issues by taking into consideration of the future trend of employment and other factors, and take any necessary measures based on the result of the review when the government finds it necessary.
