**第一項** 新令別表第五の規定は、施行日以後の期間に係る令第二十二条に規定する額の総額に乗ずべき第二種特別加入保険料率について適用し、施行日前の期間に係る同条に規定する額の総額に乗ずべき第二種特別加入保険料率については、なお従前の例による。
