**第一項** 船員として雇用される者に対するこの省令による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第十五条の二第一項の適用については、次の表の上欄に掲げる者にあっては、同項中「六十四歳」とあるのは、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句に読み替えるものとする。
