**第一項**  この省令は、平成十三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中労働者災害補償保険法施行規則（次条において「労災則」という。）第四十六条の十八に一号を加える改正規定、第二条中労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則別表第三の改正規定（「通勤災害に係る率を」を「非業務災害率を」に、「）から通勤災害に係る率」を「）から非業務災害率」に、「額から通勤災害に係る率」を「額から特別加入非業務災害率」に改める部分を除く。）及び別表第五の改正規定中「特１６労災保険法施行規則第４６条の１８第４号の作業１０００分の６」を「特１６労災保険法施行規則第４６条の１８第４号の作業１０００分の６特１７労災保険法施行規則第４６条の１８第５号の作業１０００分の７」に改める部分並びに第三条中労働者災害補償保険特別支給金支給規則第十七条第五号の改正規定は、同年三月三十一日から施行する。

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2001; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 adding one item to Article 46-18 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (referred to as the "Industrial Accident Insurance Ordinance" in the following Article), the provisions of Article 2 amending Appended Table 3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance (excluding the portions replacing "subtracting the rate for commuting accidents" with "subtracting the non-industrial injury rate", "the portion corresponding to the rate for commuting accidents from the amount of general insurance premiums" with "the portion corresponding to the non-industrial injury rate from the amount of general insurance premiums", and "the portion corresponding to the rate for commuting accidents from the amount of Class I special enrollment insurance premiums" with "the portion corresponding to the special enrollment non-industrial injury rate from the amount of Class I special enrollment insurance premiums") and, in the provisions amending Appended Table 5, the portion replacing "Special 16 work under Article 46-18, item (iv) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act 6/1000" with "Special 16 work under Article 46-18, item (iv) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act 6/1000 Special 17 work under Article 46-18, item (v) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act 7/1000", and the provisions of Article 3 amending Article 17, item (v) of the Rules for Payment of Special Payments for Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance, come into effect as of March 31 of the same year.
