**第一項** 特定特別加入者についての施行日の属する保険年度における改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則（以下「新徴収則」という。）第二十一条、第二十二条又は第二十三条の二に規定する別表第四の右欄に掲げる額については、新徴収則別表第四の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
