### 第六十三条（認可の申請） — Application for Approval

**第一項**  法第三十三条第二項の認可を受けようとする事業主の団体又はその連合団体は、次に掲げる事項を記載した申請書をその主たる事務所の所在地を管轄する都道府県労働局長に提出しなければならない。
