### 第五十条（始動票札受領通帳） — Starting Ticket Receipt Books

**第一項**  事業主は、前条第一項の規定により始動票札の交付を受けようとするときは、あらかじめ、次に掲げる事項を記載した申請書を納付計器に係る都道府県労働局歳入徴収官に提出して始動票札受領通帳（様式第二号）の交付を受けなければならない。
