**第一項** 清算人は、社員の死亡により前条第一項第七号に該当するに至つた場合に限り、当該社員の相続人（第二十五条の二十五第二項において準用する会社法第六百七十五条において準用する同法第六百八条第五項の規定により社員の権利を行使する者が定められている場合にはその者）の同意を得て、新たに社員を加入させて社会保険労務士法人を継続することができる。
