**第一項**  政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、この法律による改正後の規定の施行の状況について国会に報告するとともに、その状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その検討の結果に基づいて法制の整備その他の所要の措置を講ずるものとする。

In the case where five years have elapsed after this Act comes into effect, the government is to report to the Diet on the status of enforcement of the provisions as amended by this Act, to review that status, and, if it finds it necessary, to improve the legal system and take other necessary measures based on the results of that review.
