  **第一項**  前条第一号から第四号まで及び第七号の規定は、家庭裁判所が、第十九条第二項又は第二十三条第三項の規定により、事件を検察官に送致した場合に準用する。

  The provisions of items (i) through (iv), and (vii) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to when a family court refers the case to a public prosecutor pursuant to the provisions in Article 19, paragraph (2) or in Article 23 paragraph (3).
