### 第十条（付添人） — (Attendant)

  **第一項**  少年並びにその保護者、法定代理人、保佐人、配偶者、直系の親族及び兄弟姉妹は、家庭裁判所の許可を受けて、付添人を選任することができる。ただし、弁護士を付添人に選任するには、家庭裁判所の許可を要しない。

  A juvenile or a parent or guardian, legal representative, curator, spouse, lineal relative, or sibling of a juvenile may, with the family court's permission, appoint an attendant; provided, however, that no permission is needed to appoint an attorney-at-law as the attendant.
