### 第三十五条の十一（供託備金の積立て） — (Setting Aside of Deposit Reserves)

**第一項**  指定受託機関は、決算期ごとに、次の各号の一に掲げる金額がある場合においては、供託備金として当該各号に掲げる金額を積み立てなければならない。

In each accounting period in which there is an amount of money as stated in one of the following items, the designated entrusted institution must set aside the amount stated in that item as a deposit reserve:

  **一**  供託委託契約に基づいて供託すべき前受業務保証金の額のうちに決算期までにその供託が終わらないものがある場合においては、その金額

  any amount of money out of a business deposit for prepaid services that is to be deposited based on a contract on the entrustment of business deposits, but which has not been deposited by the accounting period;

  **二**  供託委託契約に基づいて供託する義務が生じたと認められる前受業務保証金の額がある場合においては、その供託すべきものと認められる金額

  any amount of money it is found must be deposited, in a case in which a duty to make a business deposit for prepaid services is deemed to have arisen based on a contract on the entrustment of business deposits; or
