**第一項**  この法律において、次の各号に掲げる用語の意義は、当該各号に定めるところによる。

  **一**  特定電気通信　不特定の者によって受信されることを目的とする電気通信（電気通信事業法（昭和五十九年法律第八十六号）第二条第一号に規定する電気通信をいう。以下この号及び第五条第三項において同じ。）の送信（公衆によって直接受信されることを目的とする電気通信の送信を除く。）をいう。

  **六**  侵害情報　特定電気通信による情報の流通によって自己の権利を侵害されたとする者が当該権利を侵害したとする情報をいう。
