**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から起算して九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第九条及び附則第八条から第十九条までの規定は、公布の日から起算して二年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order, within a period not exceeding nine months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 9 and those of Articles 8 through 19 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding two years from the date of promulgation.
