**第一項**  政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律における障害者に係る欠格事由の在り方について、当該欠格事由に関する規定の施行の状況を勘案して検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。

Approximately five years after the entry into effect of this Act, the Government is to review what the grounds for disqualification should be in each of the relevant Acts after their amendment by this Act as related to persons with disabilities, taking into account the status of the entry into effect of the provisions concerning those grounds for disqualification, and is to take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
