**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に掲げる日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect as of the day calculated as falling six months after the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the date set forth in each item:

  the provisions of Article 1 (limited to the amended provisions which add three paragraphs to Article 45 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act (limited to the parts relating to paragraph (2) of that Article); amending provisions which add three Articles after Article 57 of that Act, and amending provisions of paragraph (3) of Article 93 of that Act) come into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding two years from the date of its promulgation.
