### 第一条（施行期日） — (Effective Date)

**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、第三条の規定は公布の日から起算して二年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から、第四条及び附則第四条のうち労働安全衛生法第六十五条の改正規定中同条に四項を加える部分は公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect as of the day calculated as falling three months after the date of its promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 3 come into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order, within the scope of two years after the date of promulgation; and Article 4 and the part of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions that adds paragraph (4) to the amended provisions of Article 65 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act come into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order, within one year from the date of promulgation.

**第一項**  この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。

Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, Cabinet Order prescribes the necessary transitional measures in connection with the entry into effect of this Act.
