**第一項**  第五十三条第一項（第五十三条の三から第五十四条の二まで及び第七十七条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）、第五十四条の七第二項又は第七十五条の十一第二項（第八十三条の三及び第八十五条の三において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による業務の停止の命令に違反したときは、その違反行為をした登録設計審査等機関等の役員又は職員は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は百万円以下の罰金に処する。

If there has been a violation of an order to suspend operations under the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 53 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 53-3 through Article 54-2 and paragraph (3) of Article 77), paragraph (2) of Article 54-7 or paragraph (2) of Article 75-11 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 83-3 and Article 85-3), the officer or the employee of the registered agency or other prescribed organization who has committed the violation is subject to imprisonment for a term of one year or less or to a fine of one million yen or less.
