一　木材加工用機械作業主任者技能講習及びプレス機械作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	作業に係る機械、その安全装置等の種類、構造及び機能に関する知識
作業に係る機械、その安全装置等の保守点検に関する知識	一　学校教育法による大学又は高等専門学校（以下「大学等」という。）において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。以下同じ。）で、その後二年以上当該作業に係る機械の設計、製作、検査又は取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　学校教育法による高等学校又は中等教育学校（以下「高等学校等」という。）において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上当該作業に係る機械の設計、製作、検査又は取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
作業の方法に関する知識	一　大学等を卒業した者（専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。以下同じ。）で、その後一年以上当該作業に係る機械の取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上当該作業に係る機械の取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後一年以上安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
二　乾燥設備作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	乾燥設備及びその附属設備の構造及び取扱いに関する知識
乾燥設備、その附属設備等の点検整備及び異常時の処置に関する知識	一　大学等において工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。以下同じ。）で、その後三年以上乾燥設備の設計、製作、検査又は取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上乾燥設備の設計、製作、検査又は取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
乾燥作業の管理に関する知識	一　大学等において工学又は化学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。）で、その後三年以上乾燥設備の取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において工学又は化学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上乾燥設備の取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後一年以上安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
三　コンクリート破砕器作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	火薬類に関する知識
コンクリート破砕器の取扱いに関する知識	一　大学等において工業化学、採鉱又は土木に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。以下この表において同じ。）で、その後一年以上火薬類の取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
コンクリート破砕器を用いて行う破砕の方法に関する知識
作業者に対する教育等に関する知識	一　大学等において工業化学、採鉱又は土木に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上コンクリート破砕器を用いて行う破砕の作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後一年以上安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
四　地山の掘削及び土止め支保工作業主任者技能講習、ずい道等の掘削等作業主任者技能講習、ずい道等の覆工作業主任者技能講習、型枠支保工の組立て等作業主任者技能講習、足場の組立て等作業主任者技能講習、建築物等の鉄骨の組立て等作業主任者技能講習、鋼橋架設等作業主任者技能講習、コンクリート造の工作物の解体等作業主任者技能講習及びコンクリート橋架設等作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	作業の方法に関する知識	一　大学等において土木、建築又は採鉱に関する学科（ずい道等の掘削等作業主任者技能講習及びずい道等の覆工作業主任者技能講習にあつては建築に関する学科を除き、足場の組立て等作業主任者技能講習にあつては造船に関する学科を含む。以下この表において「特定学科」という。）を修めて卒業した者（特定学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。）で、その後三年以上建設の作業（ずい道等の掘削等作業主任者技能講習及びずい道等の覆工作業主任者技能講習にあつてはずい道等の建設の作業に限り、足場の組立て等作業主任者技能講習にあつては造船の作業を含み、コンクリート造の工作物の解体等作業主任者技能講習にあつてはコンクリート造の工作物の解体等の作業に限る。以下この表において「特定作業」という。）に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において特定学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上特定作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
工事用設備、機械、器具、作業環境等に関する知識
作業者に対する教育等に関する知識	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上特定作業又は特定作業に関する安全指導の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等を卒業した者で、その後五年以上特定作業又は特定作業に関する安全指導の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
五　採石のための掘削作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	岩石の種類、岩石の採取のための掘削の方法等に関する知識	一　大学等において採鉱又は土木に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。）で、その後三年以上採石作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において採鉱又は土木に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上採石作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
設備、機械、器具、作業環境等に関する知識
作業者に対する教育等に関する知識	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上採石作業又は採石業に関する安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等を卒業した者で、その後五年以上採石作業又は採石業に関する安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
六　はい作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	はい（倉庫、上屋又は土場に積み重ねられた荷の集団をいう。以下同じ。）に関する知識
人力によるはい付け又ははい崩しの作業に関する知識	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上はい付け又ははい崩しの作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等を卒業した者で、その後五年以上はい付け又ははい崩しの作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　はい作業主任者技能講習を修了した者で、その後三年以上はい付け又ははい崩しの作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
四　前三号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
機械等によるはい付け又ははい崩しに必要な機械荷役に関する知識	一　大学等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上はい付け又ははい崩しの作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上はい付け又ははい崩しの作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後一年以上安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
七　船内荷役作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	作業の指揮に必要な知識	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上船内荷役作業に係る安全管理の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等を卒業した者で、その後五年以上船内荷役作業に係る安全管理の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　船内荷役作業に係る安全管理の業務に十年以上従事した経験を有する者であること。
四　前三号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
船舶設備、荷役機械等の構造及び取扱いの方法に関する知識	一　大学等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上船内荷役作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上船内荷役作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
玉掛け作業及び合図の方法に関する知識	一　大学等において力学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。以下同じ。）で、その後二年以上玉掛け作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において力学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後四年以上玉掛け作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
荷役の方法に関する知識	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上船内荷役作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等を卒業した者で、その後五年以上船内荷役作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　船内荷役作業の監督又は指揮の業務に五年以上従事した経験を有する者であること。
四　前三号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後一年以上安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
八　木造建築物の組立て等作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	木造建築物の構造部材の組立て、屋根下地の取付け等に関する知識	一　大学等において建築に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。）で、その後三年以上木造建築物の組立て等の作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において建築に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上木造建築物の組立て等の作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　十年以上木造建築物の組立て等の作業に従事した経験を有する者で、当該期間のうち三年以上当該作業に係る職長その他の当該作業に従事する労働者を直接指導し、又は監督する者としての地位にあつたものであること。
四　前三号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
工事用設備、機械、器具、作業環境等に関する知識
作業者に対する教育等に関する知識	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上木造建築物の組立て等の作業又は当該作業に関する安全指導の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等を卒業した者で、その後五年以上木造建築物の組立て等の作業又は当該作業に関する安全指導の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後三年以上安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等を卒業した者で、その後五年以上安全の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
九　化学設備関係第一種圧力容器取扱作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	第一種圧力容器の構造に関する知識	一　大学等において機械工学又は化学工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。以下この表において同じ。）で、その後五年以上ボイラー又は第一種圧力容器の設計、製作、検査又は取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　八年以上ボイラー又は第一種圧力容器の設計、製作又は検査の業務に従事した経験を有する者であること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
第一種圧力容器の取扱いに関する知識	一　大学等において機械工学又は化学工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上化学設備に係る第一種圧力容器の取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
危険物及び化学反応に関する知識	一　大学等において工業化学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。）で、その後六年以上危険物に関する業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において工業化学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後八年以上危険物に関する業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後一年以上化学設備に係る第一種圧力容器の管理の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
十　普通第一種圧力容器取扱作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	第一種圧力容器（化学設備に係るものを除く。）の構造に関する知識	一　大学等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上ボイラー又は第一種圧力容器の設計、製作、検査又は取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　五年以上ボイラー又は第一種圧力容器の設計、製作又は検査の業務に従事した経験を有する者であること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
第一種圧力容器（化学設備に係るものを除く。）の取扱いに関する知識	一　大学等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上第一種圧力容器の取扱いの業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後一年以上ボイラー又は第一種圧力容器の管理の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
十一　特定化学物質及び四アルキル鉛等作業主任者技能講習、鉛作業主任者技能講習、有機溶剤作業主任者技能講習及び石綿作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	健康障害及びその予防措置に関する知識	一　学校教育法による大学において医学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上労働衛生に関する研究又は実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
作業環境の改善方法に関する知識	一　大学等において工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上労働衛生に係る工学に関する研究又は実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
保護具に関する知識	一　大学等において工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上保護具に関する研究又は実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後一年以上労働衛生の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
十二　酸素欠乏危険作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	酸素欠乏症及び救急そ生に関する知識	一　学校教育法による大学において医学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上労働衛生に関する研究又は実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
酸素欠乏の発生の原因及び防止措置に関する知識	一　大学等において理学又は工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。以下同じ。）で、その後二年以上労働衛生に係る工学に関する研究又は実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
保護具に関する知識	一　学校教育法による大学において医学又は大学等において工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上保護具に関する研究又は実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
関係法令	一　大学等を卒業した者で、その後一年以上労働衛生の実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
実技講習	救急そ生の方法	一　学校教育法による大学において医学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上労働衛生に関する研究又は実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
酸素の濃度の測定方法	一　大学等において理学又は工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後一年以上環境測定に関する実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
十三　酸素欠乏・硫化水素危険作業主任者技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	酸素欠乏症、硫化水素中毒及び救急そ生に関する知識	一　学校教育法による大学において医学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上労働衛生に関する研究又は実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　前号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
酸素欠乏及び硫化水素の発生の原因及び防止措置に関する知識	一　大学等において理学又は工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後二年以上労働衛生に係る工学に関する研究又は実務に従事した経験を有するものであること。

二　高等学校等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上クレーンの設計、製作、検査又は整備の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
原動機及び電気に関する知識	一　大学等において電気工学又は機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。）であること。
二　高等学校等において電気工学又は機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上クレーンの設計、製作、検査又は整備の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
床上操作式クレーンの運転のために必要な力学に関する知識	一　大学等において力学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者であること。
二　高等学校等において力学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上クレーンの運転の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。

二　高等学校等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上床上操作式クレーンの運転の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　床上操作式クレーン運転技能講習を修了した者で、その後五年以上床上操作式クレーンの運転の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
四　前三号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
十五　小型移動式クレーン運転技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	小型移動式クレーンに関する知識	一　大学等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者であること。
二　高等学校等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上移動式クレーンの設計、製作、検査又は整備の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
原動機及び電気に関する知識	一　大学等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者であること。
二　高等学校等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上移動式クレーンの設計、製作、検査又は整備の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
小型移動式クレーンの運転のために必要な力学に関する知識	一　大学等において力学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者であること。

実技講習	小型移動式クレーンの運転
小型移動式クレーンの運転のための合図	一　大学等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後一年以上移動式クレーンの運転の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
二　高等学校等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上移動式クレーンの運転の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　小型移動式クレーン運転技能講習を修了した者で、その後五年以上小型移動式クレーンの運転の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
四　前三号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
十六　ガス溶接技能講習
講習科目	条件
学科講習	ガス溶接等の業務のために使用する設備の構造及び取扱いの方法に関する知識	一　大学等において工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者であること。
二　高等学校等において工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上ガス溶接等の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
ガス溶接等の業務のために使用する可燃性ガス及び酸素に関する知識	一　大学等において化学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。）であること。

十七　フォークリフト運転技能講習及びショベルローダー等運転技能講習

運転に必要な一般的事項に関する知識	一　大学等において力学及び電気に関する学科を修めて卒業した者（当該学科を修めて専門職大学前期課程を修了した者を含む。）であること。
二　高等学校等において力学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上高所作業車の運転の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。

二　高等学校等において車両系機械を用いる業務に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上車両系機械の運転の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。

三　車両系機械運転技能講習を修了した者で、その後五年以上当該車両系機械の運転の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。

二十一　玉掛け技能講習

二　高等学校等において機械工学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後五年以上クレーン等の設計、製作又は検査の業務に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
クレーン等の玉掛けに必要な力学に関する知識	一　大学等において力学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者であること。
二　高等学校等において力学に関する学科を修めて卒業した者で、その後三年以上クレーン等の玉掛け作業に従事した経験を有するものであること。
三　前二号に掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。
