**第一項** 入国者収容所長等は、被収容者が次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その者を他の被収容者から隔離することができる。

**第二項** 前項の規定による隔離の期間は、一月とする。ただし、特に継続の必要がある場合には、入国者収容所長等は、十日ごとにこれを更新することができる。

The period of isolation pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is one month; provided, however, that if there is a particular need to continue it, the director of the immigration detention center, etc. may renew it every 10 days.
