### 第五十五条の三十五（逃走者等の遺留物） — Items Left Behind by Escapees, etc.

**第一項** 被収容者が次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合において、当該各号に定める日から起算して六月を経過する日までに、その者から引渡しを求める申出がなく、又は引渡しに要する費用の提供がないときは、その遺留物は、国庫に帰属する。

If a detainee falls under any of the following items and, by the day on which six months have elapsed, counting from the day specified in the respective item, the person has not requested their handover or has not tendered the costs required for the handover, the articles left behind by the detainee belong to the National Treasury:
