# 出入国管理及び難民認定法 / Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act — 第四十四条の八 (Article 44-8)

### 第四十四条の八（監理措置決定の失効） — Loss of Effect of Decisions on Supervision Measures

  **第一項**  監理措置決定は、次の各号のいずれかに該当することとなつたときは、その効力を失う。この場合においては、主任審査官は、被監理者及び監理人に対し、その旨を通知しなければならない。
