# 出入国管理及び難民認定法 / Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act — 第十九条の二十三 (Article 19-23)

### 第十九条の二十三（登録支援機関の登録） — (Registration of Registered Support Organizations)

    **第一項**  契約により委託を受けて適合一号特定技能外国人支援計画の全部の実施の業務（以下「支援業務」という。）を行う者は、出入国在留管理庁長官の登録を受けることができる。

    The registration set forth under the preceding paragraph loses its effect upon the passing of the period unless it is extended every five years.

    A person who seeks to receive the registration set forth under paragraph (1) (including the extension of registration set forth under the preceding paragraph; the same applies hereinafter in this Subsection) must pay the fee specified by Cabinet Order in consideration of actual expenses.
