**第一項**  この法律の施行の日前に分娩した健康保険又は船員保険の被保険者又は被保険者であつた者であつて分娩に関し病院若しくは診療所又は助産所に収容したものに係る健康保険法又は船員保険法の規定による分娩費の額については、なお従前の例による。
