**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から施行する。但し、改正後の健康保険法第十一条第三項、船員保険法第十二条第三項及び厚生年金保険法第十一条第五項の規定は、昭和二十五年四月一日以後の期間に対応する延滞金について適用する。

This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (3) of the Health Insurance Act, Article 12, paragraph (3) of the Mariners Insurance Act, and Article 11, paragraph (5) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, as amended, apply to delinquent charges corresponding to periods on or after April 1, 1950.
