    **第一項**  厚生労働大臣は、次に掲げる場合には、その旨を公示しなければならない。

      **一**  指定訪問看護事業者の指定をしたとき。

      a home-nursing provider is designated;

      **二**  第九十三条の規定による届出（同条の厚生労働省令で定める事項の変更並びに同条に規定する事業の休止及び再開に係るものを除く。）があったとき。

      **三**  前条の規定により指定訪問看護事業者の指定を取り消したとき。
