  **第一項**  保険者等は、第四十八条の規定による届出があった場合において、その届出に係る事実がないと認めるときは、その旨をその届出をした事業主に通知しなければならない。

  When a notification is given pursuant to the provisions of Article 48, if no fact pertaining the notice is found, the insurer must give notify to that effect the employer who gave the notification.
