### 第三十六条（資格喪失の時期） — (Time of Loss of Eligibility)

  **第一項**  被保険者は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するに至った日の翌日（その事実があった日に更に前条に該当するに至ったときは、その日）から、被保険者の資格を喪失する。
