### 第二百十六条

**第一項**  事業主が、正当な理由がなくて第百九十七条第一項の規定に違反して、報告をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、文書の提示をせず、又はこの法律の施行に必要な事務を行うことを怠ったときは、十万円以下の過料に処する。

An employer who fails to submit a report or submits a false report in violation of the provisions of Article 197, paragraph (1), fails to present documents, or fails to administer affairs necessary for enforcement of this Act without justifiable grounds, is subject to a civil fine of not more than 100,000 yen.
