  **第一項**  健康保険組合が設立された適用事業所（以下「設立事業所」という。）の事業主及びその設立事業所に使用される被保険者は、当該健康保険組合の組合員とする。

  The employer of an applicable place of business for which a health insurance society is established (hereinafter referred to as the "establishment") and insured persons who are employed at the establishment are members of the health insurance society.

  **第二項**  前項の被保険者は、当該設立事業所に使用されなくなったときであっても、任意継続被保険者であるときは、なお当該健康保険組合の組合員とする。
