### 第七十三条（特別介護保険料額の算定の基準） — Standards for Calculating the Amount of Special Long-Term Care Insurance Premium

**第一項**  法附則第八条第二項の政令で定める特別介護保険料額の算定の基準は、次のとおりとする。

  **一**  各介護保険第二号被保険者である被保険者又は特定被保険者（以下この条において「特別介護保険料負担被保険者等」という。）に係る特別介護保険料額は、次号に規定する基準介護保険料額に当該特別介護保険料負担被保険者等に係る介護保険第二号被保険者である被保険者及び被扶養者の合計数を乗じて得た額を上回るものでないこと。
