### 第七十条（承認法人等の要件等） — Requirements for Approved Corporations, etc.

**第一項**  法附則第四条第一項の政令で定める要件は、次のとおりとする。

**第二項**  厚生労働大臣は、法附則第四条第一項の承認法人等が前項各号に掲げる要件のいずれかに該当しなくなったときは、同条第一項の承認を取り消すものとする。

When an approved corporation referred to in Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act ceases to satisfy any of the requirements listed in the items of the preceding paragraph, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to rescind the approval referred to in paragraph (1) of that Article.
