### 第六十四条の四（機構が収納を行う場合） — Cases Where JPS Carries Out Receipt

**第一項**  法第二百四条の六第一項の政令で定める場合は、次に掲げる場合とする。

  **一**  法第百八十条第二項の規定による督促を受けた納付義務者が保険料等の納付を日本年金機構法（平成十九年法律第百九号）第二十九条に規定する年金事務所（次号及び次条第二項において「年金事務所」という。）において行うことを希望する旨の申出があった場合
