**第一項** この法律の施行の際現にされている旧法第二十五条の規定による許可の申請であつて、新法第二十五条第一項、同条第二項の規定に基づく命令又は同条第三項の規定による許可を要する取引に係るものは、それぞれ、同条第一項、同条第二項の規定に基づく命令又は同条第三項の規定による許可の申請とみなす。
