**第一項**  この法律又はこの法律に基づく命令の規定中主務大臣の許可、承認その他の処分を要する旨を定めるものは、政府機関が当該許可、承認その他の処分を要する行為をする場合については、政令で定めるところにより、これを適用しない。

The provisions of this Act or any order based on this Act under which the permission, approval or any other disposition of the competent minister is required do not apply pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order if a governmental organization performs an act that requires the permission, approval, or any other disposition.
