**第一項** この法律による改正後の食品衛生法、狂犬病予防法及び建築物における衛生的環境の確保に関する法律の定めるところにより特別区が処理し、又は特別区の区長が管理し、及び執行することとされている事務のうち、政令で定めるものについては、当分の間、都が処理し、又は都知事が管理し、及び執行するものとする。
