**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から施行する。

**第二項**  この法律施行前に、食品につき、改正前の食品衛生法第十三条（特別の用途に適する旨の標示の許可）の規定によりされた許可は第十二条第一項（特殊栄養食品の標示の許可）の規定によりされた許可とみなし、又改正前の食品衛生法第十三条の規定による許可に基いてされている標示は、第十二条第四項（特殊栄養食品の標示事項）の規定による標示とみなす。

Approval granted with respect to food before this Act comes into effect under the provisions of Article 13 (Approval of Labeling as Suitable for Special Use) of the Food Sanitation Act before amendment is deemed to be approval granted under the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (1) (Approval of Labeling of Special Nutritional Food), and labeling made on the basis of approval under the provisions of Article 13 of the Food Sanitation Act before amendment is deemed to be labeling under the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (4) (Matters to Be Labeled on Special Nutritional Food).
