**第一項**  第四十三条の規定による業務の停止の命令に違反した場合には、その違反行為をした登録検査機関の役員又は職員は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は百万円以下の罰金に処する。

If an order of suspension of business under the provisions of Article 43 is violated, an officer or employee of the registered conformity assessment body who has committed the violation is punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year, or a fine not exceeding one million yen.
