**第一項** この法律の施行の際現に旧証券取引法第七十六条第一項の認可を受けて同項に規定する規則を定めている証券業協会は、施行日において当該規則につき新証券取引法第七十六条第一項の認可を受けたものとみなす。この場合において、同条第二項の規定は、適用しない。

A securities association that, at the time this Act comes into effect, has received the authorization under Article 76, paragraph (1) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act and has established the rules prescribed in that paragraph is deemed to have received, on the effective date, the authorization under Article 76, paragraph (1) of the New Securities and Exchange Act with regard to those rules. In this case, the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article do not apply.
