**第一項**  この法律の施行の際現に次の各号に掲げる有価証券について、当該各号に定める行為のいずれかを営業として行っている銀行、信託会社その他旧証券取引法第六十五条の二第一項に規定する政令で定める金融機関（次項において「銀行等」という。）は、大蔵省令で定めるところにより、施行日から三月以内に業務の内容その他の事項を大蔵大臣に届け出ることができる。
