**第一項** 旧証券取引法第六十二条第一項の規定により施行日前に登録を受けた外務員が施行日前に旧証券取引法第六十四条の三第一項第二号に該当することとなった場合における新証券取引法第六十四条の三第一項の規定の適用については、同項中「二年」とあるのは、「六月」とする。
