**第一項**  地方公共団体が実施する職業安定法第二十六条第一項第三号に掲げる訓練に要する費用又は都道府県がこの法律による改正前の同法第二十九条の規定により支給する手当に要する費用で、この法律の施行の日の前日までに係るもの（この法律の施行の日以後に支出されるものを含む。）についての国庫の負担については、なお従前の例による。
