**第一項**  事業団は、この法律の施行の時に、旧法業務に関する事務を労働大臣（新法第九条の十第一項の規定により新協会に職業センターの設置運営業務を行わせる場合にあつては、新協会）に引き継ぐものとする。

At the time this Act comes into effect, the Employment Promotion Corporation is to hand over its affairs relating to the operations under the former law to the Minister of Labour (or, in the case where the new Association is to be made to conduct the work of setting up and running the vocational centers pursuant to Article 9-10, paragraph (1) of the New Act, to the new Association).
