**第一項**  この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中雇用保険法施行規則第百十条第二項の改正規定は、令和八年五月一日から施行する。

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amending provision to Article 110, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1 comes into effect as of May 1, 2026.
